Melissa founded LIVVE after more than two decades in pharmacy practice across community, hospital, and GP settings, and over 15 years as a prescriber. 

She is a Registered British Menopause Society Menopause Specialist and a Member of the International Menopause Society. Her clinical focus is menopause and hormonal health, with an emphasis on comprehensive symptom assessment and personalised prescribing.

She specialises in streamlining dispensing operations to ensure women receive personalised menopause treatments accurately and without unnecessary complexity.

Kirsty is a pharmacist with over 15 years’ experience working across multiple pharmacy sectors, including community pharmacy and NHS commissioning. She has a strong passion for women’s health, with a particular focus on menopause, bone health, and metabolic health.

Having experienced primary ovarian insufficiency herself, Kirsty understands first-hand the importance of empowering women to take control of their health and wellbeing. At LIVVE, she takes a holistic and personalised approach to care, working closely with patients to help them achieve their health goals, improve symptoms, and support their long-term health outcomes.
