Consultations

Consultations are done by a video call at a time to suit you. You will receive a link to a Zoom Call as soon as you have paid for your order. Please check your junk folder if you cannot find this.

We always make sure that we ask for your telephone number so that we can call you if there is a connection problem. We can also try WhatsApp Video or FaceTime to suit you.

Please log into your account and check your orders, if your click on your order number you will find the time and date of your booking.

Yes, we ensure that we use a secure video system so that you are in control of what happens to your data. As an organisation we ensure that your conversation is not overheard or recorded unless we gain consent from you first.

Hormone Health Consultations cost £75. If you have a blood test, the fee for the follow up is £30 and for Weight Loss the consultation is compulsory and included with the treatment.

We do not offer Face to Face appointments as a standard, all appointments are by Video call with one of our prescribing pharmacists, however we want to be as accessible as possible so please contact us if this is something that you think would benefit you and we can support you.

LIVVE can help women who are suffering with symptoms of the menopause, there are 48 symptoms of the menopause and these are listed here. If you think you are over 30yrs old and struggling with these please book a consultation. If you are currently undergoing medical treatment or gynealogical care we may need to ensure that any underlying conditions are resolved before we can start treatment. We are ONLY able to help with symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, for anything else you need to ensure that you need to see your GP. There may be a delay or stop in your treatment if we need to refer you back to your doctor for any other medical conditions.

Unfortunately we can only provide consultations and treatments to patients that are in the UK over Video call or phone call, you do not have to be a UK resident but you do have to be in the country for us to be able to provide support to you. Medicines can only be delivered in the UK.

Once we have prescribed medication for you we will need to review you at 3 then 6 monthly intervals to check your symptoms and tailor your medication. You can log into your 'LIVVE' account and book a consultation or request to 'Self Certify' (after you have had a 3 month check)

Blood tests

Not always, our prescribing pharmacists will discuss this with you in your consulation. If you are prescribed testosterone treatment then you will need a blood test before treatment, 3 months after starting treatment, at 6 months, 12 months during treatment and then annually. Blood Tests start from £110 including a venous draw from a clinic of your choice and £30 for a follow up consultation with our LIVVE Pharmacists to discuss your results (no hidden costs)

We use a partner lab - Medichecks - for blood testing, we book a Phlebotomy appointment at a clinic near you or we can arrange a nurse home visit for an extra charge, this will all be arranged in your consultation. You can also arrange your own blood testing and send results to us via email to hello@livve.uk
HRT

Yes we have a BMS Menopause Advanced Specialist plus we have prescribing Pharmacists trained in menopause care that can prescribe HRT.

Yes we can supply your medication from our GPhC registered Online Pharmacy and it is delivered discreetly to your door.

Yes, Testosterone is the third hormone that many women benefit from, although it is mainly prescribed for low libido, at LIVVE we prescribe it off-licence as it can help with brain-fog, low mood and energy levels too. We mainly prescribe Androfeme, although if patients prefer we can prescribe other brands of Testosterone.

No, LIVVE is an online pharmacy dedicated to treating symptoms of the menopause. We realise that HRT is not suitable for everyone and that not everyone wants HRT so we do offer alternative treatment options in our online pharmacy for your symptoms - see here.

No we do not charge a fee if your prescriptions are ordered after your consultation. If you need an additional prescription in between consultations then there will be a fee for this ie if you have lost an item or if you are going on holiday, it could be an option to move your consultation, please email hello@livve.uk if you have any questions. The fee for a private prescription is £30

There is a lot of confusion between BIO-IDENTICAL AND BODY-IDENTICAL HORMONES, although we have pharmacists that are qualified and able to prescribe all types of hormones, we currently prescribe only regulated medication. Compounded Bio-identical Hormones are made in Private clinics and we do not supply these.
Weight Loss

Select the 'Weight Loss' tab on the weight site and complete the compliance form, book a time for a consultation with the Pharmacists to discuss which treatment will be suitable for you to achieve your goals. If you already have an account please log into your account and complete the Weight Loss form.

There is the option to 'Pay by bank transfer' this allows you to secure a booking but no money is taken until you transfer, alternatively if you pay and it is not suitable then we will refund you.

It is a legal requirement that we have a video consultation with you before we can prescribe again, please ensure that you have booked this in and allowed enough time for redelivery.

Please log into your account and click on your order number, you will find the date and time for your Zoom call.
Deliveries

After your consultation your will receive your treatment order in your inbox for your to complete (please check your junk mail) once we have received payment, the LIVVE team will dispense your prescription and get your delivery ready for DPD, you will receive another confirmation with your tracking number to track your delivery.

Yes you can select "Pick up" when you confirm your order, we are only open Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 9-1pm and this may change depending on meetings so we cannot guarantee this as we are an online business. Please consider these times when booking appointments. Please come straight up to the clinic to collect your medication as we are with patients we are unable to come out to hand out medication.
