FAQ's

Consultations

  • Consultations are done by a video call at a time to suit you. You will receive a link to a Zoom Call as soon as you have paid for your order. Please check your junk folder if you cannot find this.

Blood tests

  • Not always, our prescribing pharmacists will discuss this with you in your consulation. If you are prescribed testosterone treatment then you will need a blood test before treatment, 3 months after starting treatment, at 6 months, 12 months during treatment and then annually. See here for more info on blood tests

HRT

  • Yes we have a BMS Menopause Advanced Specialist plus we have prescribing Pharmacists trained in menopause care that can prescribe HRT.

Weight Loss

  • Select the 'Weight Loss' tab on the weight site and complete the compliance form, book a time for a consultation with the Pharmacists to discuss which treatment will be suitable for you to achieve your goals. If you already have an account please log into your account and complete the Weight Loss form.

Deliveries

  • After your consultation your will receive your treatment order in your inbox for your to complete (please check your junk mail) once we have received payment, the LIVVE team will dispense your prescription and get your delivery ready for DPD, you will receive another confirmation with your tracking number to track your delivery.
