Eye Logic™ treats the deficiency in the lipid layer with phospholipid liposomes, prepared from natural Soya Lecithin of a pharmaceutical grade. When sprayed on to closed eyelids, the liposomes move to the eye lid edge and replenish the lipid layer during blinking. This mimics the action of the meibomian glands that produce the same phospholipids found in Soya Lecithin. Once replenished and intact, the lipid layer prevents further tear evaporation, reducing dry eye.
