Male TRT Monitoring Blood Test

The TRT Blood Test includes tests for a range of hormones, to monitor changes caused by testosterone supplementation. Please note that typically you would then need bloods again about a month after your start testosterone treatment, then 3 months, then 6 months and then subsequently every 6 months but this would only need to be testosterone oestradiol and full blood count )

• Testosterone blood test is required before we can prescribe treatment and 4-6 weeks after initiation (repeat blood test is a lower cost)

Prepare for your TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) Blood Test by following these instructions. Please take your sample before 10am. Avoid heavy exercise for 48 hours beforehand. Please avoid ejaculating for 48 hours prior to this test. Avoid heavy exercise for 48 hours beforehand. Avoid fatty foods for eight hours before your test, you do not need to fast.

Blood test results are sent back to yourself and your LIVVE pharmacist for your follow-up consultation.
