Self-certify prescription charge

This service is for existing LIVVE menopause and perimenopause patients who require a repeat private prescription for ongoing treatment previously prescribed by our clinical team.

Once you complete your re-order request and payment, one of our clinicians will review your treatment to ensure it remains safe and appropriate. If approved, we will then send you an invoice via email for your medication, which can be purchased directly through LIVVE for delivery to your chosen address.

Please note:

  • This service is for menopause and perimenopause treatments only
  • It is not suitable for weight loss medication re-orders
  • If a clinical review or follow-up consultation is required before re-authorisation, we will contact you directly
  • Medication costs are not included in the £30 re-order fee
