Refund policy
For Medicines/Prescription products, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund as these are pharmaceutical products and by law, they must be used or destroyed once dispatched from the pharmacy.
For Consultations we DO NOT offer a refund once you have purchased a consultation, however you are able to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours notice of the time of you booking.
If you are currently undergoing medical treatment or gynealogical care we may need to ensure that any underlying conditions are resolved before we can start treatment. We are ONLY able to help with symptoms of perimenopause and menopause, for anything else you need to ensure that you need to see your GP. There may be a delay or stop in your treatment if we need to refer you back to your doctor for any other medical conditions.
We understand that there may, on occasion, be times where you may have a problem with an order that you have received from us. We aim to make the returns process as easy as possible for our customers.

If your return is accepted will send instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
